Economic Stability Dividend (ESD)

If actual real Gross Domestic income (GDP) exceeds the forecasted real GDP, a conditional percentage wage increase, amounting to 50% of the difference would be applied to the hourly wage rate at the first pay period after February 1 of 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Oral contraceptives: Effective April, 2016 oral contraceptives will be part of the prescription drug coverage list [new addition].

Labour/Management Committee

Precarious work, part-time and casual employment: Union and employer agree to establish a precarious work, part-time and casual employment committee to examine the effect on workers in these positions and the continuity of care [new addition].

Joint benefits working group: This committee will be established by April 1, 2015, for the purpose of monitoring and making recommendations to control the cost of benefits in the social services sector [new addition].
